Public consultation regarding the proposal to amend and update the Grid Code of the Transmission System in accordance with the Commission's (EU) Regulations is underway
Public consultation regarding the proposal to amend and update the Grid Code of the Transmission System in accordance with the Commission's (EU) Regulations on the Connection, System operation and Market: 2016/631, 2016/1388, 2016/1447, 2017/1485, 2017/2196, 2016/1719, 1222/2015 and 2017/2195 is underway. The Grid Code of the Transmission System will be harmonized with the amendments to the Electricity Market Act (OG 68/2018, 27.7.2018).
The deadline for submitting comments on the proposal is 19 December 2018.
